Survive Day 100+

This layout has survived day 147 solo and can theoretically push to 500+ with better battery management. Corner gates, tight watchtower walls, electric fences with repair drones, and military turrets once you unlock them.

Materials You'll Need

πŸ”©
Scrap 600–1,000+

Watchtowers are the biggest drain (30–23 each)

πŸ”‹
Batteries 20–30

Electric fences cost 2 each. Farm the reactor.

πŸͺ΅
Wood Moderate

Watchtowers need more wood than fences

πŸ€–
Repair Drone 4 (max)

Always cap at 5 repair drones

πŸ’₯
Landmines 6–10

Place between watchtower gaps

Early Build Phase

Build Order Checklist

01 Mark your base footprint

Choose a spot near the reactor TP. The corner-gate design works best β€” gates go in the corner, not the center. This forces zombies into a narrow kill zone.

02 Place 2–3 turrets per corner facing outward

Don't put turrets outside the fence. They go inside, angled toward the gate and corners. Two in each corner means full coverage with overlapping fields of fire.

03 Run electric fences on all outer edges

Electric fences are only 2 batteries each β€” cheap. Run them along every external edge. The goal is to slow and damage zombies before they reach the watchtowers.

04 Pack watchtowers as close as possible β€” no gaps

Watchtowers have massive HP compared to fences. Space them close enough that zombies can't slip through. If they can climb and get popped off the top, the base is working perfectly.

05 Place 4 repair drones near the crafting table

Max 4 (or 5 with recruiter bonuses). Position them so their repair radius covers the electric fences. They'll keep the perimeter green even during Blood Moons.

06 Double-gate the entrance

Stack two gates in front of each other. If one breaks, you have a second line. The corner placement means zombies have to turn to enter β€” gives you precious extra seconds.

07 Add military turrets once unlocked

Replace regular turrets with military turrets from the base raid. They deal significantly more damage and have higher health. Place two on opposite corners from the gate.

08 Place Teleporter near the reactor

The teleporter lets you farm refined scrap from the military base between waves. This is your primary battery and metal source for maintaining the base long-term.

Click each step to mark it complete as you build.

πŸ”‹

Battery is the Real Bottleneck

Electric fences need batteries. The reactor TP farm gives you refined scrap and batteries via supply drops and chest loots. Set up your TP, visit every day, and prioritize battery pickups. Without batteries, your electric perimeter goes dark.

Mid-Build & Perimeter

πŸ—Ό

No Gaps in the Watchtower Wall

Zombies pathfind through any gap. Pack towers as tight as possible β€” they get cheaper as you build more (30 β†’ 23 scrap), making tight walls economical late-game.

πŸ€–

Repair Drones Don't Fix Everything

There's a known bug where drones sometimes don't reach far structures even within their radius. Improvise with regular fences in gaps and check the perimeter before Blood Moons.
